I agree that their customer service seriously needs some work and I did send my inquiry using the 'send message' on the logged in order page. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now, but I can't help but be a little bit concerned since it is an international purchase and shipping isn't cheap overseas. And if they were backordering my roll of lucky strike, shouldn't they have mentioned that when they replied to my original email that they sent on Tuedsay? I would hope so. I'm sure it was simply an oversight, but I'm still expecting them to square up with me, but it has to be hard for a company to make money if they are forking out extra cash to fix incomplete orders.
